We accept only electronic transfer tickets. These tickets cannot be stolen, duplicated, or counterfeited like physical or PDF tickets.

Ticket Verification

Every ticket is verified through original purchase emails and order confirmations to ensure legitimate ownership before listing.

Stripe-Secured Payments

Card payments, authorizations, refunds, and seller payouts are handled through Stripe and Stripe Connect. Your full card number never touches our servers.

Dispute Resolution

If issues arise, we review the transfer record, buyer and seller evidence, and Stripe payment history to resolve the order.
