We only accept tickets issued from official ticketing apps.
Yes, as long as there are no active buyer requests on the listing. If a buyer request is pending, the price stays locked until that request is declined, canceled, or accepted.
Payments will be released 48 hours after the event ends in case of event cancellation, or non-delivery.
Unfortunately not. For now, we support only Electronic transfer tickets. This is because E-transfer tickets cannot be stolen, duplicated or counterfeited.
Please cancel the transfer request ASAP and retransfer to the correct buyer's email address. Failure to do so will result in no payment and seller will incur a penalty fee.
Each case depends on the event organizer's policy:
• Event cancelled: When organizers refund original purchasers, we refund our buyer.
• Event rescheduled: Rescheduled tickets are still typically valid and usually not qualify for a refund.
