How to sell tickets
1. Forward Your Confirmation
Forward your ticket confirmation email and we'll quickly verify and autofill your event details.
2. Select Tickets & Set Price
Simply pick the tickets you want to sell, and set your price. Payment will be recieved via PayPal.
3. Share Your Listing
Post your custom link on Reddit, Facebook groups, X (Twitter), Craigslist, or anywhere online.
Tip #1: Buyers will request to purchase your tickets. Choose who to sell to after checking their reviews, messages, and overall vibe. 🙂
Tip #2: For transparency, please attach a screenshot of your original purchase showing what you paid. Cover any sensitive info (name, email, order number, barcode).
TicketZap has zero seller fees! There's only a small deduction from PayPal's standard processing fee (3.49% + $0.49 per transaction).
Payments will appear in your PayPal account 24 hours after the event!
Unfortunately not. For now, we support only Electronic or Mobile transfer tickets. This is because E-transfer tickets cannot be stolen, duplicated or counterfeited.
Please cancel the transfer request ASAP and retransfer to the correct buyer's email address. Failure to do so will result in no payment and seller will incur a penalty fee.
Each case depends on the event organizer's policy:
• Event cancelled: When organizers refund original purchasers, we refund our buyer.
• Event rescheduled: We ask our buyer if they want to keep rescheduled tickets or receive a refund.
• Buyer requests refund: You must also request a refund from your original ticket provider.
No worries, we will conduct a quick investigation. Please start by forwarding us the original ticket transfer request to support@ticketzap.com and we will handle it from there.
Yes. Payouts are sent via PayPal for seller protection and fast processing. You can create a free PayPal account in minutes if you don't already have one.
Yes, you can update price and ticket quantity any time before the tickets are sold. Changes take effect immediately on your public listing.
