How the guarantee delivers

Only official transfers

Tickets are moved inside the primary ticketing app (Ticketmaster, AXS, Eventbrite, etc.) so screenshots and PDFs are never accepted.

Listing verification

Every seller forwards purchase proof. Listings with mismatched details are paused until the information checks out.

Post-event payouts

Seller payout is delayed until 48 hours after showtime. If there’s a problem, your funds are still with TicketZap.

What happens with every order

    Request to buy

    Submit a request with your preferred seats or quantity. We hold your payment but won’t charge until the seller confirms.

  2. 02

    Secure transfer

    Seller must transfer through the official app using your verified email. We help escalate if anything looks off.

  3. 03

    Enjoy the event

    Once you’re in, we release the seller’s payout. If access fails, you’re eligible for a replacement or a full refund.

If something goes wrong

No transfer received

Contact support within 24 hours of the scheduled start time with your order ID and screenshots from the primary ticketing app.

Not as listed

Share what you did receive (seat/row/date). We work with the seller to fix the transfer or provide an immediate refund.

Event canceled

If the venue or promoter cancels the show, you’re eligible for a refund as soon as we confirm the cancellation notice.

What we do

  • Verify every listing with purchase proof before it goes live.
  • Hold payout until after the event so buyers stay protected.
  • Step in on transfer issues and provide remedies when covered.

What you do

  • Accept the transfer promptly in the official ticketing app.
  • Use the same email/account you provided at checkout.
  • Report issues within 24 hours of the scheduled start time.

What isn't covered

  • Buyer’s remorse, price drops, or changed plans after purchase.
  • Access issues unrelated to ticket validity (ID, age, venue policies).
  • Issues reported after the 48-hour window without documentation.
