Buyer Guarantee

Every TicketZap order is backed by proof-backed listings, official ticket transfers, and support if something goes wrong.

If a covered problem happens, we work to make it right with a comparable replacement when available or a refund when appropriate under our terms.

What the guarantee covers

  • Your tickets are transferred in time for the event.
  • Your tickets match the listing details you purchased.
  • Your tickets provide valid entry when used as intended.

If you need help

  1. 1Message the seller through your TicketZap order as soon as you notice an issue.
  2. 2If the issue is not resolved, email support@ticketzap.com with your order ID and any evidence you have.
  3. 3Our team reviews the order and, when the issue is covered, works on a replacement or a refund.

Useful evidence can include screenshots from the ticketing app or transfer emails.

Important notes

All sales are generally final unless an order falls within the Buyer Guarantee or an event is canceled under our terms.

If an event is postponed or rescheduled and the same tickets remain valid, the order usually stays in effect.

The guarantee applies only to purchases completed on TicketZap.
