TicketZap was built for fans to exchange live event tickets without absurd fees or uncertainty. We focus exclusively on transferable e-tickets because they make the experience safer, simpler, and more efficient.

Modern e-tickets are transferred through the original ticket provider and can include security features such as rotating barcodes, helping protect against tickets being copied or reused. Each transfer also creates a clear digital record, making the handoff easier to track. With no physical tickets to manage or deliver, we can keep overhead low, charge far less, and pass those savings on to fans.

A safer exchange takes more than technology. We also verify listings, keep buyers and sellers connected through direct messaging, and use community reviews to help fans know who they are exchanging with.
