This Privacy Policy explains what information TicketZap collects, how we use and share it to operate a safe fan-to-fan ticket marketplace, and the choices you have about your data.

1. Introduction (a) This Privacy Policy explains how TicketZap (“TicketZap”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, shares and protects information about you when you use our websites, applications and related services (collectively, the “Services”). (b) By accessing or using the Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use the Services. (c) This Privacy Policy is focused on users located in the United States. 2. Who we are and scope (a) TicketZap operates a fan-to-fan marketplace for electronic and mobile-transfer tickets only. We do not support PDF tickets or physical (“hard”) tickets. (b) This Privacy Policy applies to:  (i) our websites and web applications that link to this Privacy Policy; and  (ii) any other online tools, widgets or features we operate that link to this Privacy Policy. (c) TicketZap is the entity responsible for the processing of personal information described in this Privacy Policy. Information we collect 3.1 Information you provide directly (a) Account and profile information  (i) name;  (ii) email address;  (iii) mobile phone number (if used for verification or communication);  (iv) city, state, ZIP code or general location;  (v) any preferences or settings you choose to save (for example, event categories or notification settings). (b) Authentication information  (i) email address or mobile phone number used to send one-time passcodes or magic links;  (ii) we do not store traditional account passwords; access is via one-time codes or magic links delivered to your email or phone. (c) Seller and ticket information  (i) details you provide when listing tickets, including event name, venue, date and time, section, row, seat(s), quantity, price and delivery method;  (ii) forwarded ticket confirmation emails and attachments, which may contain your name, order number, event details, seat information and other ticket-related information;  (iii) additional documents or information you submit for verification, dispute resolution or support. (d) Payment and payout information  (i) transaction information related to your use of the Services, including purchase amounts, fees, payout amounts and transaction identifiers;  (ii) payout destination identifiers provided to our payment processor (for example, bank account or debit card details linked through Stripe);  (iii) we do not store full credit or debit card numbers; card data is handled by our payment processor, Stripe, in accordance with their own policies and PCI-DSS requirements. (e) Communications and support  (i) messages you send through in-app or website chat, including real-time chat powered by Supabase Realtime or similar services;  (ii) emails and other communications you send to support@ticketzap.com or other TicketZap addresses;  (iii) information you submit through contact forms, dispute forms, feedback forms or similar;  (iv) reviews, ratings and other content you submit to TicketZap. 3.2 Information collected automatically (a) Device and usage data  (i) IP address;  (ii) browser type and version;  (iii) device type, operating system and language;  (iv) referring and exit pages and URLs;  (v) pages or screens viewed, time on page, clicks, scrolls and other interactions with the Services;  (vi) error logs, diagnostic data and performance information. (b) Approximate location  (i) approximate city or region inferred from your IP address, for example using IP geolocation services;  (ii) we do not use precise GPS-level location from your device. (c) Cookies and similar technologies  (i) small data files such as cookies, local storage and similar technologies that help recognize your browser, maintain sessions, remember preferences and analyze usage;  (ii) additional details are provided in Section 6 (Cookies and tracking technologies). 3.3 Information from third parties (a) Payment processor (Stripe)  (i) confirmation of payment, authorization, refund or payout status;  (ii) limited card or bank information such as last four digits, card brand or tokenized identifiers;  (iii) risk scores or fraud-related signals that help us detect and prevent unauthorized or fraudulent activity. (b) Ticketing partners and platforms  (i) limited information from primary ticket providers or integrated partners (where permitted) to help confirm that tickets are valid, transferable or not cancelled;  (ii) information necessary to help verify that a TicketZap listing matches a real primary ticket purchase. (c) Analytics, infrastructure and security providers  (i) information from hosting, logging, monitoring and analytics tools about how the Services perform and are used;  (ii) information used to detect errors, security issues and usage patterns. (d) AI and content processing vendors  (i) third-party AI services (for example, vendors such as OpenAI or similar providers) may process the content you send us so we can:   (A) parse forwarded ticket confirmation emails and extract structured data such as event name, venue, date, time and seat details;   (B) assist with detecting spam, fraud or violations of TicketZap policies in listings, chats or uploaded materials;  (ii) these AI vendors act as service providers processing data on our behalf and are not permitted to use this data for their own unrelated advertising purposes. (e) Social and marketing partners  (i) if you interact with TicketZap’s social media accounts or paid campaigns on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, Facebook/Meta or Google Ads, those platforms may provide TicketZap with limited or aggregated information such as campaign performance or audience insights;  (ii) this information is governed by the privacy policies and settings of the relevant platforms. 4. How we use your information 4.1 To provide and operate the Services (a) create and manage your TicketZap account; (b) allow you to list, request, buy, sell and transfer electronic tickets; (c) verify tickets using forwarded confirmation emails and available ticketing integrations; (d) manage payments, authorizations, refunds and payouts through Stripe; (e) operate real-time chat between buyers, sellers and TicketZap support; (f) send transactional communications, including:  (i) one-time codes or magic links for sign-in;  (ii) ticket request confirmations and updates;  (iii) sale, transfer and delivery status updates;  (iv) payout confirmations and dispute updates; (g) provide customer support and dispute resolution. 4.2 To maintain security and prevent fraud (a) detect, investigate and prevent suspected fraud, chargebacks, double-selling, unauthorized resales and other prohibited or abusive behavior; (b) analyze patterns of behavior and transactions that may indicate fraudulent activity or misuse; (c) use risk signals and tools provided by Stripe and other service providers to identify high-risk payments; (d) enforce TicketZap’s Terms of Use, Acceptable Use Policy and other applicable policies. 4.3 To improve and develop TicketZap (a) analyze how users discover, navigate and use the Services; (b) identify which events, locations and categories are most active; (c) understand where users experience friction or errors, so we can improve the user experience; (d) conduct testing, research and product development; (e) use aggregated and de-identified data to understand trends and improve our services over time. 4.4 Communications and occasional updates (a) send important service-related communications, including security notifications, policy updates and critical changes to the Services; (b) send occasional updates about new features, improvements or opportunities relevant to TicketZap users; (c) allow you to opt out of promotional-style emails at any time by:  (i) using the “unsubscribe” link included in the email; or  (ii) contacting support@ticketzap.com and requesting to be removed from such communications; (d) note that transactional or security-related messages are necessary to operate the platform and you may not be able to opt out of those communications. 4.5 Legal, compliance and protection (a) comply with applicable U.S. laws, regulations, tax rules and law enforcement requests; (b) maintain records required for accounting, audits and regulatory obligations; (c) respond to subpoenas, court orders or lawful government requests; (d) protect the rights, property and safety of TicketZap, our users and the public; (e) manage and resolve legal disputes, chargebacks and claims. 5. How we share your information 5.1 General (a) TicketZap does not sell your personal information for money. (b) We share information only as described in this Section 5 and as otherwise disclosed to you at the time of collection. 5.2 With other users (for transactions) (a) To facilitate transactions between buyers and sellers, we may share limited information such as:  (i) name or display name;  (ii) general location (for example, city and state);  (iii) communication access within the TicketZap platform, such as chat;  (iv) in some cases, an email address or phone number if required by a primary ticket provider to complete a transfer. (b) We aim to minimize the amount of information shared between users and to keep communication within the platform where possible. 5.3 With service providers and vendors (a) We use third-party service providers to help operate and support the Services. These service providers may have access to personal information only as needed to perform services for us and must not use it for unrelated purposes. (b) Categories of service providers include:  (i) payment processing: Stripe, which processes card payments, payouts and related financial transactions;  (ii) hosting, infrastructure and storage: cloud hosting platforms, database providers and file storage services that host and store our systems and data;  (iii) real-time messaging and chat: providers such as Supabase Realtime or similar services that power in-app chat and support interactions;  (iv) email and notification delivery: email service providers used to send verification codes, transactional updates and support responses;  (v) analytics, logging and security: tools that help us understand usage, monitor performance, detect errors and enhance security;  (vi) AI and content processing: third-party AI providers, such as those mentioned in Section 3.3(d), that help parse ticket emails and assist with detecting spam, fraud or policy violations. 5.4 With event partners and ticketing platforms (a) We may share limited information with event organizers, venues or primary ticket providers when it is necessary to:  (i) verify the authenticity or status of tickets;  (ii) confirm whether tickets have been transferred or cancelled;  (iii) help resolve issues related to event entry or cancellations;  (iv) assist with fraud prevention for high-risk events. 5.5 Business transfers (a) If TicketZap is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization or sale of all or part of its assets, personal information may be transferred to the acquiring or successor entity. (b) We will take reasonable steps to ensure that such entity continues to protect your information in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy or notifies you of material changes. 5.6 Legal and law enforcement (a) We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to:  (i) comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes or governmental requests;  (ii) enforce our Terms of Use, Acceptable Use Policy or other agreements;  (iii) protect the rights, property or safety of TicketZap, our users or the public;  (iv) assist with the prevention or investigation of fraud or other illegal activity. 6. Cookies and tracking technologies (a) TicketZap uses cookies and similar technologies to operate and improve the Services. This may include:  (i) essential cookies used to keep you signed in, maintain sessions and provide basic functionality;  (ii) preference cookies used to remember settings such as location or saved filters;  (iii) analytics cookies used to understand how the Services are used and to improve performance and design;  (iv) marketing or attribution cookies, when used, to understand how users discover TicketZap and measure the effectiveness of campaigns. (b) Managing cookies:  (i) most web browsers allow you to block, delete or limit cookies through their settings;  (ii) you may also enable browser-level privacy features such as “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control where available;  (iii) if you block certain cookies, some parts of the Services may not function properly. 7. Data retention (a) TicketZap retains personal information for as long as it is reasonably necessary to:  (i) provide the Services and maintain your account;  (ii) support legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention, security and product improvement;  (iii) comply with legal, tax, accounting and regulatory obligations;  (iv) resolve disputes and enforce agreements. (b) In practice:  (i) most account-related data is retained for the duration of your account’s active status;  (ii) transaction, payment and dispute-related records may be retained for longer periods as required by law or needed for fraud prevention and chargeback defense;  (iii) some information may remain in backups or logs for a limited time even after it is removed from active systems. (c) When information is no longer needed, TicketZap will delete it or de-identify it so that it can no longer be reasonably linked to an individual user. 8. Security (a) TicketZap uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including:  (i) encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) between your device and our Services;  (ii) security controls for our infrastructure and databases;  (iii) restricted access to production systems following a least-privilege principle;  (iv) monitoring and logging designed to detect unusual or suspicious activity. (b) No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. (c) Your responsibilities:  (i) because TicketZap uses one-time codes and magic links, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your email account and phone;  (ii) you should not share verification codes or magic links with anyone;  (iii) if you believe your TicketZap account, email account or phone number has been compromised, you should contact support@ticketzap.com immediately. 9. Children’s privacy (a) The Services are not intended for children under 13 years of age. (b) TicketZap does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. (c) If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information. (d) If you believe a child has provided personal information to TicketZap, you should contact support@ticketzap.com . 10. Your rights and choices (a) Access and correction  (i) you may request access to personal information that TicketZap holds about you;  (ii) you may request corrections if any information is inaccurate or incomplete. (b) Deletion  (i) you may request deletion of certain personal information, subject to legal, regulatory and legitimate business exceptions;  (ii) some information may need to be retained, for example, for fraud prevention, accounting or legal compliance. (c) Marketing communications  (i) you may opt out of promotional or marketing-style emails at any time by using the “unsubscribe” link provided in those emails or by contacting support@ticketzap.com ;  (ii) even if you opt out of promotional communications, TicketZap may still send transactional or service-related messages, such as security alerts or transaction confirmations. (d) State-specific rights  (i) depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under state law (for example, under California privacy laws), which can include:   (A) the right to know what categories of personal information we collect and how we use them;   (B) the right to request deletion of certain personal information;   (C) the right to request correction of inaccurate personal information;   (D) the right to opt out of certain types of sharing that may be considered targeted advertising or “selling” under applicable law;  (ii) TicketZap does not sell personal information for money; if TicketZap’s practices change in a way that is treated as “selling” or “sharing” under applicable law, TicketZap will provide the required notices and opt-out mechanisms. (e) Exercising your rights  (i) to exercise any of the rights described in this Section 10, you may contact TicketZap at support@ticketzap.com ;  (ii) TicketZap may need to verify your identity before responding to certain requests. 11. Third-party sites and services (a) The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by TicketZap, including primary ticket providers, payment processors, social media platforms and help center resources. (b) This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party sites or services. (c) TicketZap is not responsible for the privacy practices, content or security of any third-party sites or services. (d) You should review the privacy policies of any third-party sites or services that you visit or use. 12. Changes to this Privacy Policy (a) TicketZap may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. (b) When changes are made, TicketZap will:  (i) post the updated Privacy Policy on this page; and  (ii) update the “Effective date” at the top of the Privacy Policy. (c) If TicketZap makes material changes to how personal information is used or shared, TicketZap will provide additional notice where required by law, such as by email or by displaying a notice within the Services. (d) Your continued use of the Services after any changes to this Privacy Policy become effective will indicate your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy. 13.
